What is your return policy?
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.
What are the Shipping Options?
All orders are processed quickly. Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Royal Mail Second Class, 5-10 business days, £1.99
Royal Mail First Class, 2-5 business days, £3.99
For those part of the neighbourhood, we offer same day delivery for £2 (where we hand deliver, or free delivery via Royal Mail.
Damages
Little Miss London Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
What are the payment options?
Currently Little Miss London Jewellery use WixPayments and they accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Maestro, Discover, Diners, CUP and JCB.
If part of the neighbourhood, we accept cash (though due to corona, other forms of payment would be preferred), and can pay via paypal. Contact us directly for any issues or problems regarding this.
